▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A chloride complex catalyst comprises carrier and composite chloride having perovskite structure and supported on the carrier. The composite chloride includes copper-cesium composite chloride or metal-doped copper-cesium composite chloride, in which metal is tin, manganese, bismuth, barium, strontium, zinc or indium. The carrier is activated carbon, nitrogen-containing carbon material, carbon nanotubes or graphene. The mass ratio of carrier, copper, cesium and metal is 100:0.5-10:0.5-12:0-1. USE - Chloride complex catalyst is used for hydrochlorinating acetylene in synthesis of vinyl chloride (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The chloride complex catalyst has excellent activity, vinyl chloride selectivity and stability for long period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of chloride complex catalyst, which involves using copper chloride, cesium chloride, aqueous solution of metal chloride, carrier, nitric acid, and deionized water; and (2) use of chloride complex catalyst for hydrochlorinating acetylene in synthesis of vinyl chloride.
