NOVELTY - A composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 20-40 pts. wt. cyanate resin, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. vulcanization activator, 0.5-2 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 0.5-3.5 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 0.5-3 pts. wt. antioxidant and 10-20 pts. wt. reinforcing agent. The cyanate resin is dicyclopentadiene bisphenol type cyanate ester. USE - Composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent wear resistance, dispersibility, stability, and high efficiency. The preparation method is environmentally-friendly, simple and economical.
