NOVELTY - Preparing flame-retardant breathable fabric comprises (i) providing 4-7 pts. wt. modified ramie fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 7-12 pts. wt. silk fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 5-9 pts. wt. Nomex(Flame resistant meta-aramid material) fiber, 10-12 pts. wt. polyimide 2080 fiber, 5-13 pts. wt. modified glass fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. flame-retardant compound, 10-15 pts. wt. adhesive, and 10-12 pts. wt. antibacterial fiber, (ii) making flame-retardant fabrics, weaving warp Nomex(Flame resistant meta-aramid material) fiber, modified glass fibers and weft polyimide 2080 fibers on loom to obtain thermal-insulating and flame-retardant fabric, (iii) applying the flame-retardant compound to one side of the flame-retardant fabric, and obtaining thermal-insulating flame-retardant fabric, (iv) making breathable fabrics, weaving warp silk fibers, antibacterial fibers and weft cotton fibers on a loom to obtain silk antibacterial and breathable fabrics. USE - The method is useful for preparing flame-retardant breathable fabric. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant breathable fabric utilizes modified ramie fiber with good ventilation property as main fiber, ensures ventilation and heat dissipation performance of the base cloth, and has good flame retardant property and ventilation property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing flame-retardant breathable fabric comprises (i) providing 4-7 pts. wt. modified ramie fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. polyester fiber, 7-12 pts. wt. silk fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 5-9 pts. wt. Nomex(Flame resistant meta-aramid material) fiber, 10-12 pts. wt. polyimide 2080 fiber, 5-13 pts. wt. modified glass fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. flame-retardant compound, 10-15 pts. wt. adhesive, and 10-12 pts. wt. antibacterial fiber, (ii) making flame-retardant fabrics, weaving warp Nomex(Flame resistant meta-aramid material) fiber, modified glass fibers and weft polyimide 2080 fibers on a loom to obtain thermal-insulating and flame-retardant fabrics, (iii) applying the flame-retardant compound to one side of the flame-retardant fabric woven in step (ii), and obtaining thermal-insulating flame-retardant fabric, (iv) making breathable fabrics, weaving warp silk fibers, antibacterial fibers and weft cotton fibers on a loom to obtain silk antibacterial and breathable fabrics, (v) making the base fabric, adding the warp modified ramie fiber and weft polyester fiber into the loom for weaving to obtain base fabric, (vi) bleaching and dyeing the base fabric, removing wrinkles, and drying with a dryer to obtain treated base fabric, (vii) applying the adhesive, placing the thermally-insulating and flame-retardant fabric and base fabric on the rubber roller, coating the adhesive on the surface of the thermally-insulating and flame-retardant fabric and base fabric, (viii) using thermally-insulating and flame-retardant fabrics as the surface layer, using silk antibacterial and breathable fabrics as the middle layer, using base fabric as the bottom layer, and heat-pressing by embossing machines to obtain flame-retardant and breathable fabrics, and (ix) rewinding, air-cooling the heat-pressed flame-retardant and breathable fabric, trimming and rewinding.
