NOVELTY - Preparing silver/copper oxide/reduced graphene oxide (Ag/Cu2O/rGO) nano composite antibacterial agent by (a) dispersing graphene oxide in glycol solvent, magnetic stirring to obtain the graphene oxide suspension; (b) adding copper acetate and silver acetate in glycol, stirring and dissolving to obtain copper acetate-silver acetate solution; (c) dropping copper acetate-silver acetate glycol solution in graphene oxide suspension, magnetically stirring and ultrasonically processing at room temperature, obtaining silver ion/copper(II) ion/graphene oxide (Ag+/Cu2+/GO) mixed solution; (d) transferring Ag+/Cu2+/GO mixed solution to the polytetrafluoroethylene lined stainless steel high pressure reaction kettle, sealing, placing into an electric heating constant temperature drying box to react for 6-24 hours at 150-200degrees Celsius; and (e) naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifuging sample, using de-ionized water and ethanol to wash for 2-4 times, placing in a vacuum drying box to dry. USE - Preparing silver/copper oxide/reduced graphene oxide (Ag/Cu2O/rGO) nano composite antibacterial agent ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problems of poor antibacterial property, durability and high cost of Ag/rGO composite materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Ag/Cu2O/rGO nano-composite antibacterial agent prepared directly by the method; (2) Ag/Cu2O/rGO nano-composite antibacterial master batch prepared by mixing Ag/Cu2O/rGO nano-composite antibacterial agent and ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) resin; and (3) Preparation of Ag/Cu2O/rGO nanocomposite antibacterial master batch comprising adding Ag/Cu2O/rGO composite antibacterial agent and EVOH resin according to the mass ratio of 3-5:100, adding in double-screw extruder to blend, granulating, finishing primary granulation, adding the particles after primary granulation into a single-screw extruder for secondary granulation to obtain the master batch.
