NOVELTY - A high-hardness, toughness and environmentally-friendly aqueous coating contains water-soluble acrylic resin, polyurethane resin, composite silver ion/graphene reinforced polylactic acid material, carbon black, calcium carbonate, fumed silica, amine neutralizing agent, wetting agent, drier, stabilizer, defoamer, leveling agent, dispersant, coalescent, pigment, emulsifier and deionized water. USE - The high-hardness, toughness and environmentally-friendly aqueous coating is useful for vehicle components. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous coating is environmentally-friendly, and has excellent hardness, toughness, wear resistance and bactericidal properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-hardness, toughness and environmentally-friendly aqueous coating contains 55-58 pts. wt. water-soluble acrylic resin, 12-15 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 7-10 pts. wt. composite silver ion/graphene reinforced polylactic acid material, 8-10 pts. wt. carbon black, 4-7 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. fumed silica, 0.4-0.7 pt. wt. amine neutralizing agent, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. drier, 2-4 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. defoamer, 1.6-1.9 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. coalescent, 1.6-2 pts. wt. pigment, 2.5-2.8 pts. wt. emulsifier and 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water.
