NOVELTY - Method for processing polyester yarn, where the polyester comprises 45-55 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 18-26 pts. wt. modified graphene, 12-16 pts. wt. organic silicon modified acrylic resin, 3-5 pts. wt. sodium 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone-5-sulfonate, 4-6 pts. wt. polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, 2-6 pts. wt. bis-hydroxyethylaminoethyl stearate, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. 2-hydroxy-4-dodecyloxybenzophenone. The modified graphene is prepared by heating graphene at 950-1050 degrees C for 20 seconds and then adding 2.6-3.4 wt.% titanium tetrachloride, 0.2-0.8 wt.% 1-arylaminoacetyl-4-arylacetyl thiosemicarbazide and 5.8-7.8 wt.% silane coupling agent, reacting in an inert gas at 75-85 degrees C for 3-4 hours, stirring and mixing the raw materials at 180-220 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, extruding and forming using spinning machine, stretching, shaping and winding. USE - The method is useful for processing polyester yarn. ADVANTAGE - The polyester yarn has high strength, excellent oil resistance and enhanced radiation protection.
