NOVELTY - Preparing phosphatidylserine by ionic liquid comprises (1) ultrasonic mixing of L-serine and ionic liquid, (2) homogenizing lecithin and ionic liquid, (3) sanding phospholipase D, calcium chloride and ionic liquid, (4) mixing the reaction solution prepared in step (1), (2) and (3) evenly, stirring the reaction at 38-42C, allowing to stand, wash, and obtain the final product, the ionic liquids are 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium dicyanamide, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole acetate, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide salt, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole tetrachloroaluminate, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazole ethyl sulfate salt, tributylmethylammonium bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide salt, spiropyrrolidiniumtetrafluoroborate and tetraethylammonium trifluoroacetate USE - The method is useful for preparing phosphatidylserine by ionic liquid. ADVANTAGE - The method has mild reaction condition, fast reaction efficiency, high yield, obtains the phosphatidyl serine efficient synthesis process, which has application potential in the food health product field.
