▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene encapsulation non-noble metal hydrogen evolution electro-catalyst comprises (i) preparing titanium-doped nickel molybdate, where the mass percentage of titanium doping is 0.1-5%, (ii) calcining titanium-doped nickel molybdate at 800-850℃ for 1-60 minutes in an inert gas/hydrogen mixed atmosphere to obtain nickel molybdenum alloy, and (iii) cooling to 700-750℃, injecting pyridine steam for 1 seconds-2 minutes, and growing a graphene encapsulation layer, stop heating, cooling to room temperature to obtain graphene encapsulation titanium-doped nickel molybdenum alloy material. The inert gas is argon gas, helium gas or neon gas. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene encapsulation non-noble metal hydrogen evolution electro-catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has good hydrogen evolution catalytic activity, and better catalytic stability, improves capability of resisting acid corrosion, catalyzes HER reaction in the acidic environment, and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene encapsulation non-noble metal hydrogen evolution electro-catalyst.
