▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional vertical heterojunction separation membrane comprises dispersing graphene oxide aqueous suspension of a certain concentration (8.86 g/mL) ultrasonically for 30 minutes to get dispersed graphene solution. 10 mL dispersed graphene solution, 15 mL ultrapure water and 0.75 g 2-methylimidazole are mixed for later use. The prepared homogeneous solution is filtered using polyvinylidene fluoride microporous membrane as base and rinsed with methanol to remove impurities on the membrane. Zinc nitrate hexahydrate (0.181 g) is dissolved in 5 ml methanol solution after evaporating the solution on the membrane to form a homogeneous solution, which is placed on the prepared membrane filter. The membrane is completely suction filtered, rinsed with methanol again to remove impurities left on the membrane, and then dried to obtain the two-dimensional MOF intercalated graphene oxide membrane. USE - Method for preparing two-dimensional vertical heterojunction separation membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the two-dimensional vertical heterojunction separation membrane in a simple, rapid and cost-effective manner at low temperature and greatly reduced heterojunction cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for quickly preparing two-dimensional vertical heterojunction separation membrane. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a mechanism diagram of a two-dimensional vertical heterojunction separation membrane.
