▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrical contact material comprises 0.1-1.0 wt.% 0.1-1.0% nickel plated graphene and 99.0-99.9 wt.% copper alloy comprising 0.15-0.5 wt.% bismuth, 0.1-3.0 wt.% metal X, and balance copper. The metal X comprises zinc, tin, aluminum, nickel, and/or silver. USE - Electrical contact material. ADVANTAGE - The electric contact material has high hardness, has good mechanical shock resistance and anti-arc ablation resistance, avoids electrical conductivity, and has reduced thermal conductivity. It has short smelting period, avoids graphene particles segregation, and effectively avoids copper substrate oxidation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of electrical contact material by depositing nickel metal in graphene surface via direct current sputtering deposition to obtain nickel-plated graphene; atomizing copper alloy into 200-300 meshes copper alloy powder; ball milling graphene and nickel copper alloy powder to obtain mixed powder; molding mixed powder into blanks; and vacuum arc smelting blanks to obtain electrical contact material.
