▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a single-layer graphene involves mixing graphite flakes and absolute ethanol for 10-15 minutes, leaving it still for 15-20 minutes, cleaning the graphite flakes, pouring upper layer of absolute ethanol, add methane and methyl-2 pyrrolidone to the inside of the cleaned graphite flakes for dispersion and dissolution to obtain a mixed solution after dissolution, ultrasonically treating the mixed solution for 2-4 days, peeling the graphite flakes into layers of graphene nanosheets using vibration generated by the ultrasonic treatment, adding graphene nanosheets, nickel and absolute ethanol to the interior of the centrifuge for centrifugation at 3200-3500 rpm for 20-30 minutes, removing the upper layer of floating components, heating the mixed solution to 500-600degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes, placing the graphene on top of the copper foil, reacting for a certain period of time and then cooling, and forming layers of graphene on the surface of the substrate. USE - Preparation of single-layer graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of a single-layer graphene with a controllable number of layers which can be dissolved, increases overall purity of the graphene, thereby enabling the graphene to be dissolved, and uses copper foil instead of nickel foil as the growth substrate to adjust the number of graphene layers up to 30 layers.
