▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified multifunctional asparagine polyurea elastomer composite material with improved modified graphene is provided with restorability. USE - Modified multifunctional asparagine polyurea elastomer composite material. Uses include but are not limited to aerospace, automobile, flexible electronic and building. ADVANTAGE - The material has high efficiency of repairing performance and has impact resistance, conductive heat conduction and other properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the composite material, comprising (i) ultrasonically dispersing few-layer graphene in a solvent to obtain a graphene solution, reacting graphene solution and isocyanate 12-30 hours at 75-95°C to obtain reaction solution, the mass ratio of graphene: isocyanate=1: (5-25), separating the solid-liquid of the reaction solution, washing the solid product and drying to obtain the isocyanate-modified graphene, (ii) placing isocyanate-modified graphene in an organic solvent and ultrasonically disperse to obtain a uniformly dispersed isocyanate-modified graphene solution, mixing the isocyanate and the amino-terminated polyether under a nitrogen atmosphere, the temperature is controlled at 10±5°C, and the stirring rate is 10-50 revolutions/minute, after the mixing is completed, stirring and reacting for 20-40 minutes, heating 80-90°C, stirring and reacting at 120-300 revolutions/minute for 20-40 minutes to obtain a mixture, amino-terminated polyether: isocyanate = (10-25): (5-12), (iii) adding the uniformly dispersed isocyanate-modified graphene solution into the mixture at a rate of (2-5) ml/minutes, reacting at 80-90°C for 3-300 revolutions/minute at a stirring rate of 120-300 revolutions/minute for 5 hours to obtain isocyanate modified graphene/aspartic polyurea prepolymer, where the mass fraction of isocyanate-modified graphene in isocyanate-modified graphene/aspartic polyurea prepolymer is 0.1-20 wt.%, (iv) mixing the isocyanate-modified graphene/aspartic polyurea prepolymer and polyaspartic acid ester resin, stirring at a stirring rate of 10-90 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes, and placing at 50-60°C for vacuum treatment for 5- 20 minutes, evaporating to remove the solvent, and drying to obtain a repairable multifunctional aspartic polyurea elastomer composite material reinforced by fully cured modified graphene, where isocyanate modified graphene/aspartic polyurea prepolymer: polyaspartic acid ester resin=(15-30):(10-22).
