NOVELTY - Rice straw straw graphene oxide brake pad glue comprises 61.75 wt.% wheat graphene solution, 3.25 wt.% nitric acid cerium, 5 wt.% polyvinyl acetate, 20 wt.% phenolic resin, 5 wt.% alcohol and 5 wt.% nitrile rubber powder. USE - Rice straw straw graphene oxide brake pad glue. ADVANTAGE - The rice straw straw graphene oxide brake pad glue has excellent heat resistance, excellent chemical medium resistance, glue resistance, aging resistance, water resistance and electric insulation, high gluing intensity, and resists high temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing rice straw straw graphene oxide brake pad glue, which involves: (A) weighing straw graphene solution, cerous nitrate, polyvinyl acetate, phenolic resin, alcohol and nitrile butadiene rubber powder; (B) adding weighed wheat graphene solution, cerous nitrate into reaction kettle to react for 20 minutes, adding polyvinyl acetate to react for 30 minutes at 150-200 degrees C, where temperature is control at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes; and (C) adding phenolic resin to react for 30 minutes, where temperature is controlled at 70 degrees C, adding alcohol for 10 minutes, then adding rest phenolic resin to react for 5 minutes, where temperature is control at 150 degrees C, adding nitrile rubber powder for 13 minutes, then pouring liquid in reaction kettle and cooling to normal temperature.
