▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing inorganic fiber in-situ composite ceramic product comprises (i) three-dimensionally printing a printing ink containing polymer solution, inorganic ceramic powder, silicon powder and carbon powder to obtain a printed product; and (ii) drying the printed product, and sintering to generate inorganic fibers in situ. The polymer solution is composed of solvent and polymer material. The solvent is water, ethanol, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, n-hexane, petroleum ether, toluene, xylene, acetone, tetrahydrofuran and/or chloroform, preferably acetone, water, ethanol and/or ethyl acetate. The polymer material is silicone resin, polyvinyl alcohol, polystyrene, polybutadiene, poly(methyl methacrylate), polylactic acid, sodium polystyrene sulfonate, polythiophene and/or polyethylene oxide (i.e. silicone oil), preferably polystyrene, poly(methyl methacrylate) and/or silicone oil. USE - Preparation method of inorganic fiber in-situ composite ceramic product used in tissue engineering, piezoelectric sensor, structural component, insulating material or semiconductor material field (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; has low cost and low energy consumption when compared with printing mode of melt extrusion or laser sintering; and realizes good dispersion of inorganic fiber in ceramic material. The ceramic product has improved performance and low shrinkage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for inorganic fiber in-situ composite ceramic product, prepared by above method.
