NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide film, involves (i) dispersing organic molecules in a solvent to obtain a modification solution, (ii) dripping the modification solution obtained in step (i) to a graphene oxide aqueous slurry to be uniformly dispersed to obtain a modified graphene oxide slurry, and (iii) coating the modified graphene oxide slurry obtained in step (ii) on a substrate and drying to obtain the graphene oxide film. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene oxide film for preparing flexible graphene film (claimed) in folding mobile phone and wearable device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has excellent flexibility and heat dissipation function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a flexible graphene film, which involves (i) preparing the graphene oxide film, and (ii) heat-treating the graphene oxide film obtained in step (i).
