▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing integrated carbon electrode comprises preparing the precursor by mixing and concentrating carbon-based powder, binder and organic solvent, casting and pressing the precursor to obtain a block material, drying the block material and annealing. The carbon-based powder is conductive carbon black, graphite, acetylene carbon black, carbon nanotube, graphene, activated carbon, carbon 60 and/or fullerene, the binder is polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride and/or perfluorosulfonic acid type polymers and the organic solvent is ethanol, methanol, acetone, isopropanol and/or n-butanol. USE - The electrode is useful in field of electrochemical synthesis and for producing hydrogen peroxide in air diffusion device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode has no problem of catalyst falling off and loss during long-term use, low-energy and high-efficiency synthesis of hydrogen peroxide with stable performance, high loading, stable mechanical properties, and diffusion catalytic performance. The device is easy to disassemble without concerns about tightness and material specificity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Integrated carbon electrode prepared by the above mentioned method; and Air diffusion device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The diagram shows a flow chart of the method for preparing integrated carbon electrode (Drawing includes non-English language text).
