▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Incorporation of carbon nanomaterials into a polymeric matrix involves producing reduced graphene oxide (RGO); sieving the RGO; incorporating the RGO produced to the fusion bonded epoxy polymer matrix (FBE) in powder form, with a proportion of 1-10 g/kg of RGO in relation to the FBE, using a planetary ball mill or high energy planetary ball mill, for 1-10 minutes, with speed 200-2000 rpm. USE - Method for incorporation of carbon nanomaterials into a polymeric matrix of composite that is adhered to metallic surfaces for protection against corrosion and against abrasive processes (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) composite of carbon nanomaterials incorporated into a polymeric matrix comprises fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) nanomodified by dispersion of reduced graphene oxide, in the proportion of 0.1-1.0% p/p of graphene in relation to FBE; and (2) use of the composite adhered to metallic surfaces for protection against corrosion and against abrasive processes.
