▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing membrane aeration bioreactor-high density (MABR-HD) channel high-efficiency oxygenation film, comprises (i) pretreating the substrate in a solvent, and (ii) uniformly mixing the coating base material, catalyst, dispersant, pore forming agent and reinforcing agent to obtain a coating liquid, and coating the coating solution on the surface of the substrate after pretreatment in step (i) and curing. USE - The method is useful for preparing membrane aeration bioreactor-high density (MABR-HD) channel high-efficiency oxygenation film, which is used in sewage treatment, water restoration and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The method provides MABR-HD river high-efficiency oxygen-increasing film, by using the base material layer in the coating layer, providing mechanical strength layer for coating, overcoming the homogeneous dense film mechanical strength easy broken wire and so on in the using process, using the coating layers outside the substrate layer, effectively preventing the micro-pore of the substrate layers from being blocked by microbial secretion. The coating layer part of the dense structure, making it form a sponge-shaped structure, the single film wire reaches the micro pore aeration stirring and bubble-free oxygen- Increasing hanging film effect, can obviously enhance the river water body dissolved oxygen, preventing and treating black and smelly.
