NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a carrier substrate, and forming a sacrificial layer which has a cover area and an exposed area of one side of the cover area on one surface of the carrier substrate. The exposed region of the sacrificial layer is removed. A surface of the carrier substrate is charged with a negative charge which is performed using an atmospheric-pressure plasma device. A first coating film charged with a first charge is formed. The first charge is a positive charge and the second charge is a negative charge. The first coating layer and the second coating layer is made of graphene oxide (GO). An encapsulation layer is formed on the light emitting layer. The carrier substrate is removed from the first flexible material. USE - Method of manufacturing the display device such as an organic light emitting display device, a micro light emitting diode (LED) display device, a nano LED display device, a quantum dot light emitting display device, a liquid crystal display device, a plasma display device, a field emission display device, an electrophoretic display device or an electrowetting display device. ADVANTAGE - The carrier substrate can be recycled after the flexible display device is deposited on the carrier substrate. The material is prevented from wasted when the display device is manufactured from the mother substrate unit to the cell unit.
