NOVELTY - A graphene oxide and polymer nanocomposite film is prepared by adding graphene oxide in a solvent, ultrasonically processed, and stirred at 20-45 degrees C to obtain a colloid suspension of graphene oxide, where 1 mg graphene oxide is added in 1 ml solvent. Polymer is added into a colloid suspension of graphene oxide. Ultrasonic processing and stirring are done at 20-120 degrees C to obtain a graphene oxide/polymer solution. Graphene oxide is 0.1-2 wt.% of the graphene oxide and polymer. Foams are removed. Graphene oxide/polymer composite film is obtained through curtain-casting or blow-molding. USE - Method for preparation of graphene oxide and polymer nanocomposite film (claimed) used in packaging of food and drugs with high request for the barrier property. ADVANTAGE - The coefficient through carbon dioxide of the nanocomposite film with graphene oxide is reduced to more than 150 times.
