▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of separation-ionization integrated extraction device involves acidizing stainless-steel sheet to obtain acidified steel sheet, adhering a graphene powder to the acidified steel sheet to obtain a graphene-attached steel sheet, contacting a template molecule, a functional monomer and a porogen to carry out prepolymerization reaction to obtain a prepolymerization solution, dissolving a crosslinking agent and an initiator in the prepolymerization solution, and soaking at least portion of the graphene-attached steel sheet in the prepolymerization solution to carry out polymerization reaction to form product of extraction device. USE - Preparation of separation, ionization integrated extraction device used in detection device for detecting carbamate compound such as carbicarb, fenobucarb, carbofuran, isoprocarb and/or propoxur (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared integrated device has excellent specific adsorption and enrichment effect on carbamate compounds, and can be used for the specific enrichment separation and detection of solid substrate electrospray mass spectrometry of carbamate compounds.
