NOVELTY - A flexible packaging film comprises 20-26 pts. wt. micro-crosslinked polypropylene inner layer, 15-18 pts. wt. modified aluminum foil middle layer, 10-15 pts. wt. modified polyethylene terephthalate outer layer, 3-6 pts. wt. binder and 3-6 pts. wt. primer. The film is formed by starting dry laminating machine, heating and pressing modified aluminum foil middle layer and modified polyethylene terephthalate outer layer through binder to obtain composite film (A), placing composite film (A) in curing chamber, curing at 50 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain composite film (B), placing micro-crosslinked polypropylene inner layer and composite film (B) in dry laminating machine, adding primer, hot pressing to obtain composite film (C), and curing film (C) in curing chamber at 50 degrees C for 120 hours. USE - Flexible packaging film for power lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The flexible packaging film has excellent corrosion resistance, elongation, oxygen resistance and water resistance.
