NOVELTY - A composite system of graphene and semiconductor nanometer particles comprises single-layer or multi-layer graphite sheet layers and semiconductor nanometer particles, dimension of graphite sheet layer at 20 nm to 600 mu m, dimension of semiconductor nanometer particle at 2-100 nm; and bonded to form covalent structure, non-covalent structure, or covalent and non-covalent coexisting structure. USE - Composite system of graphene and semiconductor nanometer particles. ADVANTAGE - The method can completely improve geometrical contact and energy match between interfaces of graphene and semiconductor nanometer particles, and creates beneficial conditions for industrial application of photoelectric devices based on the composite system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for synthesizing composite system of graphene and semiconductor nanometer particles comprising semiconductor nanometer particles non-covalently compounded with graphene in solution through pyridine having pi bond, pyrene or its derivatives.
