USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-loaded copper oxide electrode material used for lithium ion capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of graphene oxide-loaded copper oxide electrode material by simple process. The lithium ion capacitor containing the electrode material has excellent rate and cycle characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene oxide-loaded copper oxide electrode material lithium ion involves adding 0.5-1 g graphite oxide into 50-60 mL isopropanol, and ultrasonically stirring the resultant mixture for 3 hours to obtain graphene oxide, adding 5 mmol sodium nitrate and 5-15 mmol copper nitrate into 50-60 mL deionized water, and magnetically stirring the mixture for 30 minutes or until the sodium nitrate and copper nitrate are completely dissolved, slowly dropping the obtained mixture in concentrated aqueous ammonia under stirring, adjusting pH of the mixture to 11 plus minus 0.5, adding resultant mixture in graphene oxide, magnetically stirring the mixture for 30 minutes, then ultrasonically processing the mixture for 3 hours, reacting obtained mixture at 90 degrees C for 12 hours, filtering the obtained mixture, then washing using deionized water, placing the obtained black powder in Petri dish, closing the dish using lid, and reacting at 180-250 degrees C for 12 hours in air.
