NOVELTY - The material comprises a modifier i.e. aromatic compound, distributed with powder e.g. silicon powder and germanium powder or tin powder. Graphene oxide is prepared by using another modifier i.e. polyion liquid. The former modifier is arranged on a graphene oxide surface. Weight ratio of the powder in the material is 50-90 %.
