NOVELTY - Method for preparing a body external orthosis composite material involves using raw materials comprising 55-65 pts. wt. polycaprolactone, 20-24 pts. wt. chitosan, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. graphene, 14-15 pts. wt. acetic acid, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer. USE - The method is useful for preparing a body external orthosis composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the composite material which is high in strength, thinner and light in weight, has low-temperature thermoplasticity and antibacterial property and can be cooled and formed in a short time, adopts the process flow that is simple and easy to master, is cost-effective and can repeatedly utilize the raw materials.
