▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method for the preparation of nitrogen sulfur co-doped graphene quantum dots involves performing surface nitrification treatment of pyrene at a high temperature and pressure, subjecting to hydrothermal reaction to remove pyrene surface nitro groups and further cutting a hexagonal ring structure of pyrene to obtain graphene quantum dots, and hydrothermally reacting graphene quantum dots with aqueous ammonia and sublimed sulfur at high temperature 150-200 degrees C and pressure to obtain nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene quantum dot. USE - Method is useful for preparing nitrogen sulfur co-doped graphene quantum dots, which is useful for photocatalysis applications (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of nitrogen sulfur co-doped graphene quantum dots with superior optical properties and high yield and product rate and without environmental pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for nitrogen sulfur co-doped graphene quantum dots prepared by the above method.
