NOVELTY - The method for preparing graphene, involves uniformly mixing layered compound and solvent, drying to obtain modified layered compound, adding catalyst, microwave processing to obtain catalyst-modified layered compound, adding aqueous solution of carbon source and catalyst-modified layered compound to obtain catalyst-modified layered compound suspension, filtering, transferring filtered mixture to reactor, introducing argon, naturally cooling to room temperature, adding nitric acid to remove layered compounds and filtering to obtain graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene with low production cost and protected structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene involves uniformly mixing layered compound and solvent, ultrasonically processing at 50-70 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, washing, drying to obtain modified layered compound, adding catalyst, microwave processing at rated power of 500-600 W for 10-20 minutes to obtain catalyst-modified layered compound, adding aqueous solution of carbon source and catalyst-modified layered compound to obtain catalyst-modified layered compound suspension, ultrasonically processing or mechanical stirring at vacuum pressure of 5-20 MPa, filtering, transferring the filtered mixture to high-temperature reactor, introducing argon at the rate of 80-100 mL/minute, controlling the reactor temperature at 800-1000 degrees C for 3-8 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, adding 30-50 wt.% nitric acid to remove layered compounds and filtering to obtain graphene.
