NOVELTY - Natural graphite powder and concentrated acid are added in a vessel, potassium permanganate is added, stirred, reacted, vacuum-dried and ground to obtain powder-shaped graphite oxide. Graphite oxide is dissolved in N,N-dimethyl formamide, obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid. Graphene oxide dispersion liquid and polyurethane are added to vessel, flatting agent is added, stirred and defoamed. The mixture is poured into a glass groove, curing liquid is poured to glass groove, and dried to obtain polyurethane-graphene oxide anti-aging high-permeable microporous membrane material. USE - Manufacture of polyurethane-graphene oxide anti-aging high-permeable microporous membrane material. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane-graphene oxide anti-aging high-permeable microporous membrane material is easily manufactured with improved dispersion ability, aging resistance, strength and stability, without affecting environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Natural graphite powder (in g) (0.5-3) and concentrated acid (100 ml) are added in a vessel, potassium permanganate (1.5-18) is added, and stirred for 15-45 minutes under ice bath condition. The concentrated acid is concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated phosphoric acid or mixed acid of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid. Vessel is moved to 25-45 degrees C warm water bath, stirred for 0.5-2.5 hours, deionized water (200 ml) is added for 0.5 hours, and stirred for 1-5 hours when temperature of reaction liquid is naturally increased to 95-98 degrees C. Deionized water (200-400 ml) is added to reaction liquid, 30% hydrogen peroxide (20-50 ml) is added and reacted for 0.5-2 hours. The reaction product is centrifugally washed with 5% hydrochloric acid solution till sulfonate is removed from supernatant liquid, washed with deionized water to wash to pH value of 7, solid is moved to 60 degrees C oven, and vacuum-dried for 48 hours. The dried product is ground to obtain powder-shaped graphite oxide. Graphite oxide (0.1 g) is dissolved in N,N-dimethyl formamide (10), and ultrasonic peeling is carried out for 1-5 hours in an ultrasonic cleaner with ultrasonic power of 200 W and ultrasonic frequency of 40 KHz to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid (1 weight%). N,N-Dimethyl formamide aqueous solution (20-50 volume%) is sealed and added in an oven at 40 degrees C, and used as curing liquid. Graphene oxide dispersion liquid (10) with concentration of 1 %mass and polyurethane (60-350) with solid content of 30% are added to a vessel, flatting agent (0.05-0.5) is added, and stirred at 50-80 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours in water bath. The vessel is taken from water bath, stood and defoamed for 10-30 minutes to obtain mixture. The mixture is poured into a glass groove with smooth and clean inner wall, stood for 10-30 minutes, curing liquid is poured to glass groove, glass groove is transferred to 50-90 degrees C water bath after curing, and glass groove is dried in 40 degrees C oven for 12-36 hours. The volume ratio of mixture and curing liquid is 1:1-5:2. Thus, polyurethane-graphene oxide anti-aging high-permeable microporous membrane material is obtained.
