NOVELTY - The device has a locating mechanism (2), a locating pressing component (3), a film conveying roller group (4), a film conveying and positioning mechanism arranged on a back side of a cutting table. Left and right sides of the cutting table are supported by a machine frame (1) and provided with a cutting control feeding mechanism (5). An output end of the controlling feeding mechanism is connected with a cutting mechanism. The cutting mechanism is located above the cutting table. A front and back sides of a flattening mechanism are symmetrically provided with the flattening mechanisms. The flattening mechanisms is rotated around a vertical axis, where rotating directions of the flattener are opposite to each other. USE - Flat cutting device of composite graphene heat conducting film. ADVANTAGE - The device can quickly realize the conveying and locating of the film, and can realize the fast cutting of film, when cutting, so that the two side flattening mechanism applies tension opposite to the direction of the cutting of a film, thus ensuring that the film at the cutting position can always keep flat tension, allows rotating directions of the flattening mechanisms to be opposite, so as to effectively improve the cutting efficiency and the stability of cutting, thus preventing burr or scratch at a cutting position. The torsion spring makes the lower driving disc and the upper driving disc to move towards the direction far away from each other, thus effectively improving the tension strength of the tension, and realizing the buffer, and hence improving the stability and cutting efficiency of the device.
