NOVELTY - Heat-resistant foam radar absorbing material, comprises a wave-transparent layer. The wave-absorbing layer is compounded on the wave-absorbing layer. A shielding layer is compounded on the wave-absorbing layer. The wave-transmitting layer is a foam wave-transmitting layer. USE - The heat-resistant composite heat-resistant foam radar wave-absorbing material is useful in an airborne facility i.e. radar antenna cover, of a special purpose aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The heat-resistant foam radar wave-absorbing material: has light weight, good structure characteristics, good heat resistance and good electromagnetic wave power resistance; and is simple in technique, easy to control, and is good for realizing scale and continuous production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing heat-resistant foam radar absorbing material, comprising (1) molding polymer powder to obtain a base plate, placing in a foaming mold, filled with supercritical carbon dioxide for pressure relief and foaming, to obtain a polymer foam foam wave-transparent material, mixing the polymer powder and wave absorbing agent, and after molding, obtaining the base plate, placing in a foaming mold, filling with supercritical carbon dioxide for pressure relief and foaming, obtaining a polymer foaming foam absorbing material containing a wave absorbing agent, and (2) obtaining the polymer foamed foam wave-transmitting material between the O-state aluminum foil , the polymer foamed foam wave-absorbing material containing a wave-absorbing agent, coating the adhesive, obtaining the heat-resistant foam radar absorbing material is after being pressurized and curing.
