NOVELTY - Aqueous leather finishing material comprises 20-30 wt.% acrylic resin, 15-18 wt.% water-dispersed polyurethane, 5-7 wt.% metal mixture where ratio of aluminum powder and zinc powder is 2:1, 10-15 wt.% polyamide, 2-5 wt.% crosslinking agent, 3-5 wt.% graphene, 1.0-1.2 wt.% leveling agent, 1.3-1.5 wt.% dispersing agent, 0.9-1.2 wt.% feeling agent, 5-8 wt.% penetrant, and balance is water. USE - Aqueous leather finishing material. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous leather finishing material has good wear resistance and yellow deformation resistance, and has shielding effect on electromagnetic waves to reduce electromagnetic radiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an aqueous leather finishing material, which involves: (A) grinding the metal mixture, the cross-linking agent and the graphene for 30 minutes, and mixing them uniformly to prepare the first mixture; (B) adding acrylic resin, water-dispersible polyurethane, polyamide, cross-linking agent, leveling agent, dispersing agent, hand-feeling agent and penetrant to water in sequence, heating at 70 degrees C and stirring for 1 hours, and then cooling to room temperature; and (C) pouring first mixture prepared above into the above-mentioned mixed solution, and putting it into an ultrasonic disperser to disperse for 1 hour to obtain the desired water-based leather finishing material.
