NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene antibacterial anti-mite far-infrared flame retardant foam mattress, involves (1) weighing raw materials including polyester, graphene, organotin, chlorotrifluoromethane, ethylene glycol, triethanolamine, N-ethylmorpholine, high-purity water, calcium carbonate, azodicarbonamide foaming agent, formic acid, zinc oxide, light calcium carbonate, monoglyceride and butanol in proportion, (2) ball milling and pulverizing polyester, graphene, organotin and chlorotrifluoromethane, then adding ethylene glycol, triethanolamine, N-ethylmorpholine and high-purity water, heating up in the reactor, stirring, then adding calcium carbonate, azodicarbonamide foaming agent and formic acid, then heating up and mixing and (3) adding the remaining raw materials, adjusting the stirring speed, mixing, and then putting the mixed product into a mold, heating up, controlling the pressure, and heating. USE - Preparation of graphene antibacterial anti-mite far-infrared flame retardant foam mattress (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, the product is soft, the durability is high, the collapse and deformation are not easy, and the bearing performance is high. The foam mattress has antibacterial and mildew resistance, good process stability, long service life, not easy to be eaten by insects, and good flame retardant effect.
