USE - The method is useful for processing technology of medicinal composite film based on temperature-sensitive technology. ADVANTAGE - The medicinal composite film has three-layer composite structure and has gas and moisture barrier properties, and excellent mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing technology of medicinal composite film based on temperature-sensitive technology comprises (S1) introducing argon gas, heating up to 70-80degreesC, uniformly mixing polyethylene glycol, glycolide and lactide dehydrated, dehydrating and reacting for 0.5-1 hour, adding stannous octoate, heating up to 120-130degreesC, reacting in an oil bath for 12-13 hours, washing using hot water, freeze-drying the precipitate, which is polyester, melting and blending polyester, graphene oxide and azobenzene poly-N-isopropylacrylamide, extracting for 24-28 hours, drying, extruding with an extruder, and shaping to form a polyester film layer, (S2) dissolving hydroquinone and trichloroethane in sodium hydroxide solution, passing nitrogen, reacting at 60-70degreesC for 0.5-1 hour, distilling, collecting vinylidene chloride monomer, adding sodium bisulfite, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, potassium persulfate and octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether in deionized water, uniformly stirring, adjusting the pH of the solution, adding methyl acrylate and vinylidene chloride monomer under vacuum, reacting for 10-15 minutes, heating up to 40-50degreesC, and continuing reacting for 10-15 hours, i.e., polyvinylidene chloride emulsion, (S3) dissolving sodium lauryl sulfate in deionized water, adding filler, uniformly mixing, after ultrasonic reaction, drying and dissolving in deionized water, adding polyvinylidene chloride emulsion, uniformly stirring, forming a film in a polytetrafluoroethylene flat plate, and drying, i.e., polyvinylidene fluoride film layer, and (S4) coating adhesive on one side of the polyester film layer to form the first adhesive layer, compounding the polyvinylidene chloride film layer with the first adhesive layer, curing at 20-30degrees Celsius for 15-30 hours, continuing curing at 30-45degrees Celsius for 10-20 hours, then applying adhesive on the other side of the polyvinylidene chloride film layer, forming second adhesive layer, compounding the second adhesive layer with the polyethylene film layer, and curing at 20-50degreesC for 20-40 hours, which is a medicinal composite film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for medicinal composite film prepared by the processing technology of the medicinal composite film based on temperature-sensitive technology.
