NOVELTY - Lithium ion battery graphene nano-composite cathode material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. graphite, 28-44 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 8-12 pts. wt. phosphorus pentoxide, 2-4 pts. wt. nano silicon powder, 2-4 pts. wt. nanometre titanium dioxide. USE - Lithium ion battery graphene nano-composite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion battery graphene nano-composite cathode material has good cycle performance, high discharge cycle and has good safety at room temperature for 1500 times, 6C magnification discharge of not greater than 94%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing lithium ion battery graphene nano-composite cathode material, which involves: (A) mixing grapheme and carbon fiber and stirring followed by microwave heating treatment for 10-20 minutes at 65-85 degrees C by using ethanol to obtain semi-finished product; (B) mixing semi-finished product with phosphorus pentoxide, nanometer silicon which is carried out under protection of nitrogen high temperature graphitization process; (C) controlling temperature at 1200-1400 degrees C for 2-3 hours, then under temperature of 4 degrees C; and (D) performing vacuum freezing and drying to obtain the product.
