NOVELTY - Preparing flexible all-gel zinc-air battery comprises (i) adding water to the acrylamide matrix and stirring, adding conductive active material or conductive polymer, pore forming agent, binder and uniformly stirring, then adding crosslinking agent, initiator and catalyzer to obtain mixed solution, and drying to obtain conductive gel, (ii) adding water to the acrylamide matrix and stirring, adding crosslinking agent, an initiator and a catalyst, uniformly stirring and mixing, and drying to obtain a gel, soaking the gel in a zinc salt alkaline electrolyte to obtain an alkaline gel electrolyte, (iii) drying conductive gel and adding platinum carbon catalyst dropwise as the anode, drying cross-linking with the alkaline gel electrolyte interface to obtain full gel, and using zinc foil or zinc sheet as the cathode, and (iv) wrapping anode, full gel and cathode in a soft package to obtain flexible full gel zinc-air battery. USE - The battery is used in micro-electronic device i.e.flexible wear-resistant electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes dry cross-linking method of hydrogen bond adsorption to bond the conductive gel the active substance to the outer surface of the electrolyte gel; avoids the interface contact the battery components; and improves the problem of the load area of the anode.
