▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves processing large area continuous single-layer graphene. A highly doped silicon chip is fixed with a foil. A graphene transistor array device is provided with a gate electrode, a source electrode, a drain electrode and a conductive channel. Gene product is prepared by realizing PCR amplification function. Molecule is selected from a group consisting of N-hydroxy succinimide ester and 1-pyrene butyric acid methyl alcohol solution. A DNA mutation unit is placed on a connector. USE - Sensor graphene based DNA mutation detecting method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting DNA mutation by generating an electric signal in an effective manner.
