The surface magnetization-modified graphene microchips are deposited into the molten tin foil substrate. The magnetic field makes the graphene microchips modified by surface magnetization spread out to form a good barrier and corrosion-resistant thin film layer. The barrier corrosion-resistant thin film layer is cooled and demolded to obtain a tin foil/graphene microchip multi-functional film.
