NOVELTY - Preparing tin foil/graphene microchip multi-functional film involves adding tin powder into the cavity of the flat mold, spreading, then heating to melt, and scraping to obtain a molten tin foil substrate, and performing surface magnetization modification of graphene microchips. The surface magnetization-modified graphene microchips are deposited into the molten tin foil substrate. The magnetic field makes the graphene microchips modified by surface magnetization spread out to form a good barrier and corrosion-resistant thin film layer. The barrier corrosion-resistant thin film layer is cooled and demolded to obtain a tin foil/graphene microchip multi-functional film. USE - Method for preparing tin foil/graphene microchip multi-functional film for food packaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare tin foil/graphene microchip multi-functional film is simple and easy to operate, and no tin plating process is required, reduces the production cost, and has excellent role in corrosion resistance and barrier.
