NOVELTY - Black aqueous graphene electromagnetic wave shielding coating comprises 5-30 wt.% aqueous polyurethane resin, 5-30 wt.% aqueous conductive black slurry, 1-10 wt.% dispersion graphene, 1-10 wt.% aqueous polytetrafluoroethylene wax dispersion, 0.5-1.5 wt.% wetting dispersant, 0.5-1 wt.% thickening agent, 0.1-1 wt.% flatting agent, 3-10 wt.% film-forming auxiliary agent, and the rest is water. USE - Black aqueous graphene electromagnetic wave shielding coating used in communication, IT, electric power, medical treatment, electron, war industry and new energy steam (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The black aqueous graphene electromagnetic wave shielding coating improves conductive effect by the aqueous conductive black slurry, hardness and the conductivity of the coating by the dispersion graphene dispersion, and enhances the electromagnetic shielding performance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a black aqueous graphene electromagnetic wave shielding coating, involving: a. adding aqueous conductive black slurry graphene dispersion and wetting dispersant into water to fully disperse to obtain dispersion; b. adding the dispersion liquid into the aqueous polyurethane resin, fully dispersing to uniform; c. continuously adding polytetrafluoroethylene wax dispersion, fully mixing; and d. finally adding thickening agent flatting, agent-forming auxiliary agent, continuously stirring, using rotary viscometer to control the viscosity is 10-500cps.
