NOVELTY - Photothermal self-pumping fabric comprises a photothermal fabric and a hydrophobic electrostatic spinning film covered on one side of the photo-thermal fabric. The photocatalytic fabric includes a fabric substrate and photothermal materials uniformly attached to the surface of the fabric substrate. The hydrophobically electrospun film is formed by depositing hydrophobic polymers through electrospinning method. USE - Photo-thermal self-pumping fabric used for human body heating in cold environment in real life. Can also be used in field of solar heat insulation clothes. ADVANTAGE - The photo-thermal self-pumping fabric has asymmetric wetting property, and can realize the one side of the sweat from one side close to skin hydrophobic side is transmitted to the contact side of an environment, at the same time, the photothermal effect of the photosurface material can quickly evaporate and gather at a side of a sweat side, so as to make the human skin to keep dry, in cold environment, it can realize active heating to the human body, and improves the wearing comfort level human body under different environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation method of photo-thermal self-pumping fabric comprising (1) preparing the photo-thermal material dispersion, soaking the fabric substrate in the photo-thermal material dispersion, and then taking out and drying to obtain the photo-thermal fabric; and (2) preparing the hydrophobic polymer into spinning solution, depositing and forming hydrophobic electrostatic spinning film on one side surface of the photo-thermal fabric by electrostatic spinning method to obtain the photo-thermal self-pumping fabric.
