NOVELTY - The method involves forming a current collector and forming a metallic film in a top part of the current collector. An electrode is formed on a top part of the metallic film by utilizing graphene. USE - Method for forming an electrochemical capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The metallic film is formed between the graphene electrode and the current collector so as to eliminate formation of oxide layer and improve performance of the electrochemical capacitor.
