NOVELTY - The printing and dyeing ink for the direct injection textiles comprises 60 pts. wt. deionized water, 4-6.5 pts. wt. a color dye, 0.5-1.0 pt. wt. graphene, 1.5-2 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 2-5 pts. wt. a film forming agent, 0.2-1.0 pt. wt. a dispersing agent, 0.2 pt. wt. an antioxidant, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. a detackifier, 10-15 pts. wt. a stabilizer, 6-10 pts. wt. a corrosion inhibitor, 3-4.5 pts. wt. a wetting agent and 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. a polyamide. The film forming agent is a phenoxyethanol solution. The color dye is red, blue or black. The polyamide is a polyurethane that can form multiple hydrogen bonds. The dispersing agent is propylene glycol methyl ether. The antioxidant is a phosphite ester antioxidant. The adhesive remover is a polyurethane adhesive remover. The stabilizer is a formaldehyde solution. The corrosion inhibitor is a ferric trichloride solution. The wetting agent is a glycerol methyl ether solution.
