NOVELTY - Marine heavy-duty anticorrosive paint comprises epoxy zinc-rich primer as primer, 100 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 8-10 pts. wt. activated chopped carbon fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl acetate, 5-10 pts. wt. two-dimensional boron nitride, 10-15 pts. wt. multilayer graphene, 2-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water and 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent as intermediate paint, 100 pts. wt. fluorocarbon topcoat, 10-20 pts. wt. conductive polyaniline, 2-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 60-70 pts. wt. deionized water, 3-5 pts. wt. water-resistant biological adhesive and 30-40 pts. wt. fluorocarbon curing agent as top paint. The water-resistant biological adhesive is 4-(benzyloxy)benzonitrile (I). USE - Used as marine heavy-duty anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has excellent adhesion, mechanical strength, salt spray resistance and corrosion resistance. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing marine heavy-duty anticorrosive paint comprising (i) taking epoxy zinc-rich primer to obtain primer, (ii) stirring and mixing 100 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 8-10 pts. wt. activated chopped carbon fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl acetate, 5-10 pts. wt. two-dimensional boron nitride, 10-15 pts. wt. multilayer graphene, and 10-20 pts. wt. deionized water, adding 2-3 pts. wt. defoamer, and 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, continue stirring and mixing evenly and finally adding 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent, stirring and mixing evenly to obtain intermediate paint, and (iii) stirring and mixing 100 pts. wt. fluorocarbon topcoat, 10-20 pts. wt. conductive polyaniline, 60-70 pts. wt. deionized water, and 3-5 pts. wt. (I), then adding 2-3 pts. wt. defoamer and 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, stirring and mixing well, adding 30-40 pts. wt. fluorocarbon curing agent, stirring and mixing evenly to obtain marine heavy-duty anticorrosive paint.
