NOVELTY - Producing graphene electroconductive thin film involves preparing graphite oxide and assembly of graphene oxide film and then reducing graphene oxide thin film. The graphite powder is oxidized by a strong oxidizing agent. The graphite oxide is ultrasonically centrifuged to form an graphene oxide colloid solution. The electrolyte is added drop-wise to the graphene oxide colloid solution to flocculate and sediment the graphene oxide colloid solution. The two-dimensional or three-dimensional structure of the substrate is pre-treated with graphene oxide self-assembly to obtain graphene oxide film.
