NOVELTY - Metal anti-corrosion paint is prepared by adding aniline, graphene, and hydrochloric acid, stirring and cooling to 5-8 degrees C to prepare dispersion liquid; slowly dripping dispersion liquid into hydrochloric acid-containing aqueous ammonium persulfate solution, then adding adhesive agent, leveling agent, and wetting agent to obtain polyaniline/graphene oxide composite material; adding coloring pigment, superfine talc powder and superfine mica powder, thickening agent, tributyl phosphate defoaming agent, preservative, and dimethylethanolamine and stirring for 30-34 minutes to obtain the paint. USE - Method of preparing metal anti-corrosion paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low in cost, and suitable for industrial mass production. The prepared paint is resistant to high temperature, has excellent waterproof property, corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, weather resistance, abrasion resistance and artificial aging resistance; and can prevent metal surface passivation and avoid discharge of heavy metals such as chromium. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of metal anti-corrosion paint comprises: (A) preparing materials comprising (pts.wt.) GHNK adhesive agent (30-40), polyaniline/graphene composite material (15-20), coloring pigment (15-20), superfine talc powder (5-10), superfine mica powder (5-10), kaolin (5-10), SN-612 leveling agent (0.2-0.5), wetting agent X-405 (0.3-0.5), dimethylethanolamine (0.1-0.3), preservative 981 (0.1-0.3), GHP101 thickening agent (0.5-1), tributyl phosphate defoaming agent (0.1-0.3), and water (4-13); (B) adding aniline, graphene, and hydrochloric acid, stirring them uniformly, and cooling to 5-8 degrees C to prepare dispersion liquid; (C) preparing hydrochloric acid-containing aqueous ammonium persulfate solution (0.0.4-6 mol/L) and pre-cooling to 3-6 degrees C; (D) under stirring condition, slowly dripping the dispersion liquid into ammonium persulfate solution, then adding adhesive agent, leveling agent, and wetting agent, and stirring at 5 degrees C, centrifuging solution, filtering, washing precipitate, drying and grinding to less than 200 meshes to obtain polyaniline/graphene oxide composite material; (E) respectively adding coloring pigment, superfine talc powder and superfine mica powder, and continuously stirring for 60-65 minutes; (F) adding thickening agent, tributyl phosphate defoaming agent, preservative, and dimethylethanolamine and continuously stirring for 30-34 minutes to obtain paint; and (G) sand milling the paint for two times, filtering, and discharging.
