NOVELTY - The array has an upper polar plate provided with a supporting plate that is uniformly distributed with a through hole array, where size of a lower polar plate and the upper polar plate are size. The lower polar plate is provided with an upper supporting plate, a wiring plate and a lower supporting plate. An upper surface of the upper supporting plate is distributed with the through hole array. An insulating layer is formed on the through hole array. The insulating layer is located between two polar plates, where the upper polar plate and the lower polar plate are connected with each other. USE - Graphene acoustic sensor array. ADVANTAGE - The array can effectively capture a pure sound signal so that sound sensor array can identify sound locations. The array utilizes a graphene for capturing an ultrasonic sound that exceeds beyond human ear hearing limit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The supporting plate i.e. PCB plate.
