NOVELTY - Processing toughened glass plate comprises e.g. isothermally polymerizing the toughener, reduced graphene oxide and poly-boron siloxane, nano cerium oxide, basalt fiber and styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) thermoplastic materials, stirring uniformly together with the unsaturated polyester resin, release agent and aluminum oxide, and performing high-temperature plasticizing, configuring the molten-salt mixture, heating the molten salt, uniformly mixing with the toughener, heating, stacking glass and the polyvinyl butyral film, i.e. two layers of glass and a layer of polyvinyl butyral film, combining under high temperature and pressure, placing the laminated glass into the tempering furnace for the first time heating, and taking out the glass and soaking it in the molten salt mixture, second time heating the laminated sheet glass, continuously soaking in the molten salt mixture, third time heating the sheet glass, blowing and cooling, and taking out the glass, cleaning and drying. USE - The method is useful for processing toughened glass plate. ADVANTAGE - The glass plate has high heat resistance and mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing toughened glass plate, comprises (S1) isothermally polymerizing the toughener, reduced graphene oxide and poly-boron siloxane, nano cerium oxide, basalt fiber and styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) thermoplastic materials, stirring uniformly together with the unsaturated polyester resin, the release agent and aluminum oxide, and performing high-temperature plasticizing, (S2) configuring the molten-salt mixture, heating the molten salt, uniformly mixing with the toughener after fully melting, heating and maintaining the temperature at 200-400 degrees C, (S3) stacking glass and the polyvinyl butyral film, i.e. two layers of glass and a layer of polyvinyl butyral film, combining under high temperature and pressure, (S4) placing the laminated glass into the tempering furnace for the first time heating, and taking out the glass and soaking it in the molten salt mixture, (S5) placing the laminated sheet glass in the tempering furnace for the second time heating, taking out the glass and continuously soaking in the molten salt mixture, (S6) placing the sheet glass into the tempering furnace for the third time heating, blowing and cooling, and (S7) taking out the glass, cleaning and drying it.
