▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The built-in ventilation device has a printed circuit board, where a housing (H) is positioned on an upper unit of the printed circuit board. A transparent lens (L) is installed on a lower unit of the housing, where a light emitting diode (LED) is positioned inside the housing. The light emitting diode and the transparent lens mounted in a lighting lamp (10) are composed of a substrate (P). An air inlet (120) is formed at a side of the lighting lamp, where the housing and the transparent lens are installed on another side of the lighting lamp. An air circulation unit (100) is formed by forming an air outlet (140) on the side, where a heat conductive sheet (200) is installed to absorb the heat, which is generated by a printed circuit board substrate. A non-woven material adsorption cloth adsorbs the vaporized water vapor. USE - Built-in ventilation device for a street lamp and a tunnel lamp used in the highways, the main roads in urban areas, the commercial district roads, the residential district roads or tunnels to reduce fine dust in the air. ADVANTAGE - The housing is positioned on an upper unit of a printed circuit board, where a transparent lens is installed on a lower unit of the housing, and hence ensures utilizing the conducted heat inside without radiating the heat to an outside and prevents the phenomenon of deterioration due to the excessive conduction of heat to the printed circuit board substrate based on the physical action, and also increases the removal efficiency of fine dust by accelerating the vaporization reaction through ultrasonic vibration in the heated washing water.
