▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Aqueous anti-corrosion coating comprises first component and second component. The first component comprises 50-60 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 4-6 pts. wt. modified graphene, 7-10 pts. wt. antirust pigment, 0.8-1 pts. wt. ZT706 anti-flash rust agent, 0.7-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. leveling agent and 18-22 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The coating is used in field of heavy anti-corrosion of ports, ships and offshore platforms (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses water as solvent and meets the requirements of green environmentally friendly, by adding antirust pigment and anti-flash rust agent to the coating, the coating has long-term antirust and anti-corrosion effect, modified graphene is added to the coating, through modification, it can not only improve the interaction force between graphene, water and epoxy resin matrix, but also promote the uniform dispersion of graphene, can also improve the storage stability of the coating, the graphene surface is grafted with quaternary ammonium salt functional groups, which can endow the coating with certain antibacterial and antifungal properties. The coating has durable anti-corrosion effect and strong anti-corrosion ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous anti-corrosion coating comprises first component and second component. The first component comprises 50-60 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 4-6 pts. wt. modified graphene, 7-10 pts. wt. antirust pigment, 0.8-1 pts. wt. ZT706 anti-flash rust agent, 0.7-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. leveling agent and 18-22 pts. wt. deionized water. The modified graphene is prepared through the following steps: (S1) adding toluene, diethylenetriamine and dibutyltin dilaurate in the there-necked flask with stirring device and reflux device, starting stirring, placing the flask in a 70°C water bath, when the temperature rises above 65°C, slowly dropping the toluene solution of 1,4-butane sultone into the flask, continuing stirring and reacting at 70°C for 4 hours, and after the reaction is completed, post-processing to obtain a modifier, (S2) adding graphene oxide and dimethylformamide into a three-necked flask with a stirring device, after mechanical stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, adding modifier to the system and continuing stirring for 30 minutes, then adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC-HCl), transferring the mixture to a 60°C water bath and continuing to stir for 4 hours, reacting, centrifuging, and washing using ethanol aqueous solution for 4-5 times, and fully drying the product in a vacuum oven at 60°C to obtain intermediate 1, (S3) mixing intermediate 1 with acetonitrile, ultrasonicating for 15 minutes, then transferring to a four-necked flask with a stirring device and a reflux device, introducing nitrogen gas for protection and stating stirring, adding sodium carbonate and potassium iodide, continuing stirring for 30 minutes, keeping the temperature of the reaction system at 0-5°C under ice-salt bath conditions, slowly dropping chloroethanol into the system, after the dropwise addition is completed, heating to 84°C for reflux reaction for 4 hours, after the reaction is completed, centrifuging, washing using ethanol aqueous solution for 4-5 times, and fully drying the product in a vacuum oven at 60°C to obtain intermediate 2, and (S4) performing an alkylation reaction on the intermediate 2 with bromobutane to obtain modified graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the anti-corrosion coating, comprising adding deionized water, dispersant, half of the leveling agent, half of the antifoaming agent, modified graphene and antirust pigment into the dispersion tank under stirring, uniformly stirring, after grinding to fineness less-than 30 μm, adding aqueous epoxy resin, the remaining antifoaming agent, ZT706 anti-flash rust agent and the remaining antirust pigment in sequence, stirring at 400 revolutions/minutes for 15-20 minutes, filtering to obtain first component, mixing aqueous epoxy curing agent, deionized water and propylene glycol methyl ether to obtain second component, and using first and second components after mixing before construction.
