NOVELTY - The method involves placing a substrate and a solid polymer carbon source in a heating tube (5). The heating tube is closed to ensure subsequent isolation of air. The heating tube is evacuated and an inert gas is introduced. A direct current (DC) power supply (3) is turned on and a laser or a high temperature furnace is used to heat up. A high temperature furnace (4) is heated up according to a certain heating speed after the high temperature furnace started. The temperature is lowered after reaching the maximum temperature according to a certain cooling rate, and the solid polymer carbon source is heated and cracked at a high temperature to obtain a free carbon atom or a short carbon chain. The high temperature furnace is turned off, the inert gas quantitative output device is turned off, the left plug is opened, and the graphene or graphite coated substrate is taken out. USE - Solid polymer carbon source electrochemical deposition method used in preparation of conductive coating and graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The conductive coating of graphene can be directly applied to the device, so that the raw materials can increase the conductivity in the original performance application, and the application field of the material can be expanded.
